LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF

Here is the most important article you will read in the near future – it may sound so banal but it is of absolute importance: LOVE YOURSELF

Learning to love yourself and why there is nothing more important for you …

You hear a knock on the door. and go there and open it.

At your front door you see yourself as a small child. The child’s eyes are filled with tears and it is very sad.

You can tell that it is sad from his body language. The reason why the child – your child, you – feels so sad is that they feel unloved and they feel unworthy of love …

… and it is sad. It’s very sad.

At that moment you are looking at this child, you are looking at yourself and you are saying

I have to let you go now, because I don’t think you deserve love either.

And that’s the message you send yourself every day.

And that’s why I believe that this article on how to learn to love yourself is one of my most important articles.

The first thing I want to tell you is that nothing is more important than learning to love yourself! Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Love yourself – be aware of your desires

A big part of learning self-love is being honest about your own desires and expressing them both to yourself and the world, because nobody listens to this little child in you who needs love and is so longing to get out and explore the world with you.

Nobody listens to this child.

So I want you to listen first: listen to that deep intuition that tells you what you want, who you want to become, and who you are.

Start expressing it all. The form and subject of this expression is unimportant. It can be your work, your family or your friends. However, there has to be an honest expression and you have to be honest with yourself.

Nothing is more important than loving yourself.

Because who else will pick you up if you fall?

Who will be there when you stand on top of the mountain and look back on all your achievements?

Who else will be with you during the arduous climb?

Who else will be with you when you are the happiest, the saddest or the most confused or while enjoying all the beauties of life?

Nobody but you will do that and therefore you have to love yourself.

You have to accept every single flaw and every single mistake. Every positive quality and strength that you possess is embodied by this love for yourself.

Love yourself – practical steps to get you started

So what practical steps are there to start loving yourself? I would say first you should treat yourself like your best friend.

Who do you love most? Who would you do anything for?

Whether it’s your mother, your father, your brother, your sister … or just your best buddy or uncle.

No matter who.

I want you to treat yourself that way from today.

Never talk bad about yourself.

If some of you spoke to me as you do to yourself, I would not want to have anything to do with you.

So now you have to cut that awful negative inner voice out and start saying loving, kind, and positive things to yourself that reinforce all of these strengths that you were talking about.

Of course, you have to be honest with yourself about what you have to work on, but you have to stop this negative, useless and unconstructive criticism that only adds to your negative attitude.

Just give yourself permission to say, “I love myself!” Say it already.

Just say “I love everything about myself!

The good, the bad, no matter what it is.

I’m giving you permission today to say that. No matter where you are in life, whether you already have everything you have dreamed of or have not yet deleted anything from your list: you have to love yourself.

Usually my articles are about self-improvement, self-improvement and improving your love life.

This is not about changing anything about you. This article is only about self-acceptance.

Accept yourself.

Love yourself – forgive yourself!

I don’t want to change you. I want you to accept yourself instead. Forgive yourself.

Yes, now is the time to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for the things that were beyond your control.

Forgive yourself if you have a bad upbringing or illness.

Forgive all of this. You were never to blame.

Forgive yourself for the things that were completely under your control that you still messed up completely, no matter whether you failed or were fired or whether you got fat …

Forgive yourself for that too.

You cannot change the past but if you just look back at the past this child will only feel inaccessible in you.

Worry only leads to fear, so don’t worry so much about the past.

Learn from your mistakes and accept them.

They have made you the people you are now. But forgive yourself and forgive yourself for the future mistakes you will make, because there will be quite a few of them.

So forgive yourself and live in the present.

Keeps a list

The next thing I ask of you is that you write five things about yourself that you like, no matter what they are, no matter how small.

Maybe you had the courage to start a business at 16 or maybe you always wanted to start your own business, maybe you love your own ambition or maybe you love the fact that you want to work on yourself. Now write down five things.

Now start putting your thoughts on paper. Why do you love yourself

Start surrounding yourself with people who will really help and support you and who will help you to work on your dreams and visions … who really love you, because if you surround yourself with people who love you, it will easier to love yourself.

Stop comparing yourself to others. Don’t compare yourself to Person X or Person Y.

“Why am I still not where I want to be? Why am I still not where I want to be? It’s okay if you made a bad mistake.

Maybe you messed up that relationship or that job.

Whatever it is in that sense, it doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve love. We have all made mistakes.

And if I just pass on a message to you, then the following: join the higher frequencies of love, tenderness and mercy. ”

Take care of yourself first. If you have big, grandiose goals and dream of helping others change things, being successful and making yourself known to the world, then you have to be loving, compassionate and compassionate and all of that starts with you.
